“OLD LABEL” TARGET MSMA

Identify by looking at listed label uses. Will have many uses listed including
residential, ornamental, and non-crop listings.
This label is no longer sold by dealers/distributors.
End-users or growers having this label in their possession can legally use this label.

“CURRENT LABEL” TARGET MSMA

Has ONLY cotton, sod farms, golf courses and highway right of ways listed
on the label.

Can legally be sold by dealers/distributors in the U.S. except for the non-cotton
areas of Florida.

End-users or growers can legally use this label through year 2013.

LONG-TERM STATUS OF MSMA

Cotton is eligible for full re-registration by EPA and is expected to stay on the label after the end of year 2013.

Turf uses including golf courses, sod farms, highway ROWs are scheduled
to end December 31, 2013. HOWEVER, EPA is to conduct a
scientific review of MSMA by the end of year 2012 which “may” result
in an extention of the uses of MSMA on turf. More info. will be provided
as it becomes available.
